Right to Cancel and Returns
In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order or return your items for a refund, you should firstly ensure that the goods are unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Please note that special order items are not acceptable for return.
You will need to contact us by phone, email or letter so we may raise a returns authorisation. The returns address is given below. You should email us at [email protected] or call us on 01903 205 532 briefly stating the reason you wish to return your item. We will then notify you of a unique returns ID which must be included clearly on the parcel. This will ensure that your property is quickly and easily identified, and your refund can be processed promptly.
Unauthorised returns will always be subject to a handling and restocking charge.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
